No, KCR isn't No.1 CM: BJP Clarifies

Since the past one week, There is strong buzz about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's survey on the performance of Chief Ministers and the Rankings they attained. While Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao was ranked No.1, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal stood at 5th Position and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu settled with 13th Spot.
