25 Percent concession to AP's Senior Citizens

AP Government announced 25 percent concession to Senior Citizens travelling in RTC Buses. This offer will come into effect from July 1st this year.

APSRTC MD Sambasiva Rao said Senior Citizens could even travel long distances by paying just 75% of the charge. People in the age group of 60 & Above could show their Aadhar Cards while booking the tickets to avail the concession.

At the time when Telangana Government has hiked ticket fares citing loses, AP Government stunned everyone by announcing concession to Senior Citizens inspite of deficit budget. Recently, TRS Government increased the ticket prices for all kinds of buses operated in the state by 10 percent. Even the ticket prices Palle Velugu buses weren't spared.



These kind of people-friendly policies could give Chandrababu Naidu a slight edge over K Chandrasekhar Rao. What do you say?
