Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar dares to say he ones paid bribe. He, however, mentions that incident took place 38-Years-Ago when he wasn't even a Legislator.

For obtaining a land document from district administration, Laxmikant Parsekar paid bribe to an employee. CM claims to have not kept track of how much he has paid then to the so-called official. Sadly, Mr.Laxmikant is yet to receive the document from the concerned department.

Chief Minister shared his real life incident while explaining the necessity for SMS-based mutation facility in Panaji.

Its a best example that reflects the corruption among the Government Officials. Using technology better, Corruption could be brought down and Narendra Modi is already on this mission.
