Hyderabad: It is already known that Sakshi Editorial Director K Ramachandra Murthy filed a petition with the Andhra Pradesh High Court regarding stopping of Sakshi TV telecast.

The petition came for hearing today and the HC justice said that as per section 19 of the Cable Act the telecast of channel programmes cannot be stopped. He also opined that this is case where interim orders are eligible.

the judge also ordered for a counter by the AP government on this. Next Tuesday the case will come for hearing again.

Even after large criticism on black out of the channel by the government across the two Telugu states there is no response yet from the AP government. Home Minister announced that as long as Mudragada fasts the channel telecast will be stopped.
