Union Law Minister hits back at TRS

Union Law Minister DV Sadananda Gowda rubbished the allegations leveled by TRS Government against Centre over the delay in bifurcation of Hyderabad High Court. He clarified bifurcation of High Court is in the hands of CM and Chief Justice of that particular High Court.

Sadananda Gowda: 'Centre has nothing to do in this matter. If KCR stages a dharna for no reason, people are wise enough to judge it. Its not right on the part of CM or any other representation of TRS Government to blame Centre'.



While KCR planned to stage a dharna in New Delhi for bifurcation of High Court, Kavitha alleged Centre is delaying the division only due to the pressure mounted by AP CM Chandrababu Naidu.

Telangana Judges Association launched a protest on Sunday against the appointment of AP-origin Judges and delay in bifurcation of High Court. Following this development, About 11 Judges have been suspended by the High Court.
