5 crores for Ram Charan? It's huge

Of course, there is no denial that mega hero Ram Charan can bring 40 crores 'share' easily from box office even with his flop films.

But in Overseas segment, he always remained a non-potential contender with none of his films touching even 1 million there. Previous films like Govindudu Andarivadele and Brucelee hardly managed to cross half million mark at USA box office. Despite all this analysis, overseas distributors have got ready to pay nearly 5 crores for the rights of Charan's next film "Dhruva". Now it has to collect 1 million without fail to get the investment back.



Directed by Surender Reddy, Dhruva is remake of Tamil film Thani Oruvan and has Rakul Preet playing the lead girl, while Navdeep plays another friend role and Arvind Swamy is villain.

October 2nd week will be tentative release week of Dhruva.
