In 1986, Families of Mohan Lal and Suchitra (his wife) discussed about their marriage proposal. They, however, dropped any such plans after some time as their Horoscopes didn't match.



Two Years have passed and by then Mohan Lal got busy as an Actor. For the shoot of a movie, He stayed at his close friend Babu's residence at Calicut. That's when Mohan Lal came to know that Suchitra is madly in love with him since two years but she didn't express it. Mohan Lal began taking the matter seriously thereafter. One fine day, He went to the Mookambika temple. Unexpectedly, Suchitra and her Mother too have gone to the temple on that day. Upon spotting Suchitra there, Mohan Lal made up his mind that they were made for each other and married her. 28 Years have passed but the love for each other has changed over the years. They have a son (Pranav) and daughter (Vismaya).
