Although Success Rate of films continued to be low, Our Star Heroes keep competing with each other through the sale of rights for record prices.

Actually, 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' set the record with the sale of East Godavari theatrical rights for Rs 5.4 crore. That record was shattered by Chiranjeevi's 150th Movie after its makers closed the deal for Rs 5.5 crore. Within few weeks, We hear reports of Vintage Films offering a record sum of Rs 5.75 to Rs 6 crore for Mahesh Babu's upcoming flick under AR Murugadoss direction.

Better, Top Stars compete with Collections rather than with Pre-Release Business. Failures of 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' and 'Brahmotsavam', No lessons have been learnt.

Every time a Star Hero's project bites the dust, At least few Distributors and Exhibitors gets vanished. Such is the damage caused and this dangerous trend need to be stopped.
