KCR who spearheaded the Telangana Movement made headlines quite often for statements mentioning the people of Seemandhra as 'Andhrollu' until the bifurcation happened. He accused Andhra Rulers of neglecting Telangana Culture and making mockery of its Slang on many occasions.
TRS Supremo, however, lashed out at Andhra Rulers two years after the bifurcation. He alleged Andhra Leaders have publicized as if Godavari Pushkarams and Krishna Pushkarams can be held only at Rajahmundry and Vijayawada. He faulted them for completely neglecting the Telangana region from where these rivers pass through.
After taking the holy dip at Gondimalla in Mahbubnagar district, KCR visited Jogulamba Temple in Alampur for the darshan of the almighty. Later, CM made some hard-hitting comments against Andhra Rulers while speaking to the media. He claimed TRS Government has built several new ghats for Godavari and Krishna Pushkarams. He even made few promises to Alampur on this occasion.
Although there is a bit of truth in his comments, KCR shouldn't have used 'Andhrollu' as hit only hurts the people of the neighboring state. TRS Boss need to stick to the slogan 'Vidipoyi Kalisundam'.
