AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday announced that he would adopt Araku and change it completely in the coming years. He made these comments speaking a programme organized at NTR Gardens.

On the eve of World Tribal Day, Chandrababu Naidu assured: 'I will promote Araku Coffee globally. We should grew such plants in 1 aka acres. Every crop cultivated in the Agency is precious as Tribals don't rely on pesticides. We will take measures to Tourism development. We will convert Tribal Schools to Residential Schools and introduce Ekalavya Model Schools. Tribals have the capability to rule the World.



TDP Government will provide financial  assistance for their higher studies in foreign countries. We will provide Gas connections for Tribals. A sports school would be established for them. We developed Padmapuram Gardens with Rs 2.20 crore. Each Tribal Girl was paid Rs 51,000 at the time of Marriage under 'Giri Puthrika' scheme. A Tribal Museum after Alluri Seetharamaraju will be established. We will celebrate Modukonda Jatara as State Festival'.

Interestingly, Mahesh Babu who happens to be the onscreen & off screen 'Srimanthudu' celebrates his birthday Today. AP CM made the announcement about Adoption on this day. Was it just a coincidence or Has he intentionally done so?
