An FIR has been registered against TTD Chairman Chadalawada Krishnamurthy, his close aide Jayaramaiah and 30 others for alleged house trespass and public nuisance.
Prudential Sugar Corporation AGM-HR VSR Prasad lodged a police complaint complaining Chadalawada Krishnamurthy & his supporters forcibly opened the gates of factory and employee residential quarters on August 13th. Later, The Group even threatened the Officers and Workers with dire consequences.
Cops sought legal advise before registering an FIR. A case under Sections 448, 505 and 34 was booked against TTD Chairman and his Men.
Actually, Chairman Chadalawada was appointed as TTD Chairman on May 2nd 2015 for a period of one year. In May this year, His tenure as TTD Chairman was extended for one more year by AP Government.
