Not just Film Stars, Even Topbrass Politicians have few Sentiments. In the wake of Krishna Pushkarams, A serious debate is going on whether AP CM Chandrababu Naidu will follow his political opponent YS Rajasekhar Reddy or not. There is strong sentiment that Politicians who have visited Amarendra Swamy temple in Amaravati have lost their posts. This happened in the case of Prominent leaders like Marri Chenna Reddy, Gnani Jail Singh and Nedurumalli Janardhan Reddy.

Because of this sentiment, Several Politicians skipped the visit to Amarendra Swamy temple over the years. Even then CM YSR and Finance Minister Rosaiah haven't gone to there even during 2004 Krishna Pushkarams and 2006 Kalachakra Maha Sabha. Even Kiran Kumar Reddy did the same during his tenure.



Few TDP Leaders cautioned Chandrababu that skipping the visit to Amarendra Swamy temple while being in Amaravati will send wrong indications. Hence, Babu decided not to be in Amaravati during Krishna Pushkarams.
