RDP ThinBook which is being termed as the World's Cheapest Laptop was designed in Hyderabad itself and built in Taiwan. This 14.1-inch device comes with a price tag of Rs 9,999.

Specifications of RDP ThinBook:

Intel Atom x5-Z8300, 1.8GHz quad core chip, 1366*768 Resolution, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of Storage and 10,000mAh Battery.



Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao launched RDP ThinBook at a recent event. The firm has invested nearly $8 million and recovered $4 million already in the last financial year. Target for this year would be sale of around 40,000 ThinBooks. It have plans to built the device in Telangana and that move would bring down the costs.

Online Stores were selling RDP ThinBook for Rs 10,999 although the actual cost of it was Rs 9,999. Still, This cheapest laptop is worth a buy!
