A lot is being said and written about Shruti Hassan ever since she replaced Sai Pallavi in the Telugu version of Malayalam blockbuster 'Premam'. Comparisons were drawn between the Two Actresses and Many believed Kamal's Daughter will be no where close to the Mollywood Beauty.

Surprisingly, Shruti Hassan did a great job if the posters & promo of 'Evare..' is any indication. Still, Few People continue to pull her down and she finally responded to the campaign.



In a recent interview, Shruti Hassan admitted she was skeptical when the Makers approached her to be part of 'Premam' which has become a favourite for everyone. She firmly believes Chandoo Mondeti has recreated the beauty of the original. Another reason to sign 'Premam' for Shruti would be an opportunity to share screen space with her good friend Naga Chaitanya. 'I request People not to draw comparisons between the Original & Remake. Please, What 'Premam' with an open mind,' she appeals.

'Premam' is scheduled to release in October this year. There is positive buzz around the movie and trade expects it to be Chaitu's biggest grosser.
