Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated this year's Diwali to the Army Jawans who have been guarding the Nation against the Terrorists and making sacrifices. 'Politicians keep talking, but Army doesn't talk and only speaks through their valour,' he told.

Speaking on the 25th edition of Mann Ki Baat, Modi said all forms of darkness could be fought with the 'deep' of Diwali. He told Global leaders such as British PM Theresa May will be celebrating Diwali this year. He also cautioned Parents to keep an eye on their children whenever they are bursting the crackers. 

NaMo reminds October 31st (Monday) is the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhai Patel who fought for unity and united people. He opined History remembers how Sikhs in the country have dealt violence and pain.
