Oppo, the Chinese Smartphone Company, will have its new manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh. A MoU in this regard has been signed by AP Government and Oppo during CM Chandrababu Naidu's 4-day China tour.

On the fourth and last day of his China tour, Oppo Vice President Eric met Chandrababu Naidu to discuss about the proposal of investing Rs 1,000 crore in AP. They have finally reached an agreement to set up a manufacturing unit which is expected to create 25,000 jobs. Chief Minister asked the Oppo delegation to submit a detailed proposal to AP Government as soon as possible to provide all the clearances within 21 Days.



Already, Oppo had a manufacturing unit in Noida that's been established in 2014. Its now keen to have an another unit in India and preferred AP. Make In India!

Chandrababu Naidu's second tour to China in his third term as Chief Minister ends on a successful note. He will now focus on the operations of Secretariat at Velagapudi, Amaravati.
