At least 19 people were killed and 25 others injures in the attack by a Psycho at a facility for Disabled People in Tokyo. Its been now considered as Japan's deadliest mass killing after World War II.
Satoshi Uemastsu, the accused, sneaked into the facility through a window at around 2.10 AM on Tuesday and went on a killing spree. The 26-Year-Old who worked at the facility till February this year surrendered at the Sagamihara police station at 3 AM. He was then carrying a bloodstained knife which was used in the attack.
Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga ruled out the chances of any terror link to the massacre. The incident sent shivers down the spine for Japanese People as such mass killing were very rare in the country.
As per Media Reports, Satoshi Uemastsu carried out the attack as he was upset for being fired from the job. Cops were yet to confirm this version.
