TDP MPs Frustrated - CBN turns Peacemaker!

Telugu Desam MPs met AP CM Chandrababu Naidu to express their displeasure over the attitude of Centre in addressing the issues such as revenue deficit, special status, special package, railway zone and among others. They opined that the time has arrived to mount pressure on Union Government else people will punish them. This was the hot topic in TDP Parliamentary Party Meeting held at Vijayawada ahead of the Monsoon Session. Even BJP MPs Kambhampati Haribabu and Gokaraju Gangaraju have attended the meeting.

MPs accused Centre of being a mere spectator instead of resolving the issues between AP and Telangana. 'Just because High Court division is beneficial for Telangana, It was highlighted. But, What about the consequences or other unresolved issues?,' they question.



After giving a patient hearing, Chandrababu Naidu explained to MPs that nothing can't be done by crossing swords as BJP have complete majority in Lok Sabha. 'Let's not rush...Instead, focus on gaining as much as we can by continuing the alliance. We should explain to people about the constant efforts of TDP Govt to bail out from crisis. Even People are aware of this fact. If Telangana MPs raise HC bifurcation in Parliament, Don't hesitate to counter it. Regarding Special Status-Special Package-Railway Zone, Raise Queries, Write Letters and Place the Replies before People,' he advised.
