Alcohol is the major reason behind mid-air brawls. Usually, People walk into the bar for alcohol whenever their flights get delayed or cancelled or even during the flight journey. Some of those who behave in an unruly manner under the influence of alcohol.

On July 21st this year, A similar incident took place aboard an American Airlines Flight traveling from Lexington to Charlotte. Michael Kerr refused to sit in his seat and misbehaved with female crew member when she repeatedly requested him to take his seat. Moments after the Air Hostess was pushed to the floor, The Pilot intervened and politely said, 'Take your seat, sir'. But, Michael Kerr didn't bother to pay heed to him.



That's when the Pilot yelled at him, 'Don't put your hands on my flight attendant' and forced him to sit in his seat using a seat-belt. Cops arrived 20 minutes later and arrested Michael Kerr. The passenger was charged with assault of female flight attendant, disrupting the duties of flight crew and issuing threats. He was granted bail on $25,000 bond.

The Air Hostess had to undergo physical therapy for pain on her back and neck part.
